Sagacity Research, established in early 2017 by Duncan Rusby (Director), is as customer and market research agency, dedicated to providing insights that empower our clients with the confidence to take action and make informed decisions.

Our philosophy is to put our clients at the heart of everything we do.  We listen to and work with our clients to provide tailored solutions to meet their needs, not ours.

We provide full market research services, working across a range of disciplines, including; brand equity, advertising, communications testing, U&A, pricing and product optimisation.

Our core area of specialisation is customer experience, where we are involved in working on large strategic relationship surveys through to more tactical transactional surveys and everything in between.  Our work in customer experience covers; CX program audits, strategic surveys, episodic surveys, customer journey mapping, text analytics, root cause analysis and monetisation.
